Chiều cao của một người thường không tăng khi bước vào tuổi trưởng thành, thường là 18-20 tuổi. Vì vậy, chiều cao ở tuổi 27 có thể nói là chiều cao cuối cùng của một người nào đó. 

Theo tổng cục dinh dưỡng Việt Nam, thì chiều cao trung bình của người Việt năm 2019-2020 là:

  • Nam giới là 168.1 cm
  • Nữ giới là 156.2 cm

Đây chỉ là số liệu trung bình, chiều cao của mỗi người có thể khác nhau dựa vào các yếu tố về di truyền, môi trường và đặc biệt là dinh dưỡng.

27 tuổi còn tăng chiều cao được không? 

Thông thường chiều cao của con người sẽ không tăng khi bước vào tuổi trưởng thành. Nguyên nhân là do các mô sụn ở xương dài không có khả năng phát triển dài ra khiến chiều cao tăng lên nữa. Thêm vào đó, hormone tăng trưởng cũng giảm mạnh khi bước vào độ tuổi 18-20 khiến chúng ta cao lên rất ít sau giai đoạn này.
